My Approach

If you’re wondering about my approach, I am a person-centered therapist and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory to create a personalized approach that meets your unique needs. With couples, I utilize Gottman Methods and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). In our work together, I aim to help you uncover and address the roots of guilt and shame that may be holding you back, empowering you to embrace self-compassion and healing. I have a passion for working with anxiety, postpartum anxiety and depression, teens and families. 

But at the heart of it all, my focus is on you—who you are, where you’ve been, and who you’re becoming. Therapy is a space to explore, question, and grow, and my goal is to provide a place where you can do just that.
